At Crafted Collective, we believe in celebrating the beauty of handmade. Each item on our platform is crafted with care by independent makers, and we want every customer to be truly happy with their purchase.
Because most of our products are one-of-a-kind, made-to-order, or personalized, returns and refunds may vary by seller. Please read below to understand how our marketplace handles these requests.

🛍️ Can I return an item?
Return policies are set by each individual seller. You’ll find the shop’s specific policy listed on their storefront or product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to the seller before purchasing.
In general:
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Non-custom, unused items may be eligible for return within a certain time frame (typically 7–14 days) depending on the seller’s policy.
- Buyers are typically responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
📦 My item arrived damaged—what do I do?
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect:
- Contact the seller directly via your account within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include a photo of the damage and your order details.
- Most sellers are happy to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
If you’re unable to reach a resolution with the seller, you can contact us at contact@cowboysandangels.us, and we’ll help mediate.
✨ For Sellers
As a seller on Crafted Collective, you are responsible for setting and clearly displaying your refund/return policy on your shop page.
We recommend:
- Responding to return/refund requests within 48 hours
- Including your policy on each listing (especially for custom work)
- Handling customer service with kindness, grace, and clarity
Crafted Collective reserves the right to step in to ensure fair outcomes in situations involving misrepresentation, missing orders, or quality issues.
